I have been working with Delia for the last 22 years as my work is quite sedentary (as most of our jobs are!) and I am also quite active playing tennis, hiking, pilates, yoga, gardening, walking, biking. She has helped me with my injuries, with pain management, and most importantly has patiently taught me how to take care of myself and get stronger. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, respectful, mindful, caring about her work with patients. I have recommended Delia to many friends and family members who want to live an active life.
